Hauled Hay for 5 hours...definately should count for a total body workout.

If your just doin random things for workouts (im sure the hay wasnt an intentional workout haha) than you should give overhead squats a shot.

I've thought about doing overhead squats but right now where I workout there isn't a safe place to do them
