I waited and waited for my name to be called to get my surgery. After an hour of anxiously waiting they finally called me back and got me prepped for surgery.
Dr. Palmagren said that he could stick two fingers between my metatarsals which is definitely not normal. He gave me a new ligament and tightened up my foot really good so hopefully (fingers crossed) I won't have any more problems with it. I'm on crutches for 4-6 weeks and get to hopefully start rehabbing soon.
Tomorrow I get to clean the wound and get in bandages put on but most of all I get to shower!
