Day 2... not so hot
Day 2 of throwing didn't go as well as planned after coming up with a great idea with Coach Fritz on how to keep me back in action by Big 12 Indoors I realized that I'm not near ready to go into South let alone fulls. It's getting me frustrated already. I've been hitting the workouts hard and started taking slimmerty and CLA and some protein mix to try and slim down before Outdoors starts! Sure hope this works cause I'm gonna need to be faster since I won't be at full strength!
