Hey - I like your new picture. Your old picture was good too though. That one frame in the lower left showing your block on the shot put was awesome.

I see lots of working out posted, but are you throwing much?

Right now I'm in a phase that isn't really allowing me the energy or time to throw.
Instead I've been doing drills with med balls and puds and also just lots and lots of dry turns and what not.
This is the last week of this cycle so I'm not exactly what I'm doing in the time to come but I'll have it all posted and figured out by Monday.
