Shot
Today was my first real shot practice since state. I was very sore from yesterdays work out. I actually think it helped me slow things down and hold positions longer. We threw with the 4k and then finished off practice with the 8 lb
We worked on staying back with the upper body
We worked on getting a tall finish over the board.
