Discus / Lifting

Discus
We worked on staying over the right better in the middle phase of the throw.
We also worked on having a "soft" right leg in the middle.
I have to keep the right turning in the middle.

Power clean 5 x 5
105, 115, 125, 135, 145
Dumbell Walking lunges 3 x 10
20, 25, 30
