This morning I drove to Manhattan to throw the hammer. I ended up qualifing for Golden West Invite. I threw 46 meters from a three turn.
Iain Trimble and Jesse Vaughn threw javelin. Iain went 84.87 meters and Jesse went 51 meters. They did awesome like always!
