Hammer drills:
I did a lot of continous turns just trying to get consistant today and find a rhythm quickly
Then I took 6 throws and called it a day.
After practice I had about 6 hours of class followed by the longest games I've ever umped in my life. It was a late night.
Hope the meet goes well tomorrow
