DISCUS
Today was my first day throwing discus since the state meet. I was a ltitle rusty; it took a while to catch a rhythm but when I finally started going it went great! Almost everything was over 150 today. Can't beat days like that.
Drills:
Continous Wheels, 360 degree, 180 degree, and fulls working on staying over the right without a discus.
keypoints:
Stay wrapped up longer
Get the left down quick
Chase the discus out
BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK
AB CIRCUIT
Each exercise 45 seconds back to back....repeated 5 times
Crunches on Swiss Ball
Bicycle Crunches
Jacknives
Med Ball Twists (4kg)
