Week One

I finished up the summer with my shoulders feeling great and a lot of hope in my heart and mind.
Monday I started back on Coach Fritz program and realized that my shoulders are already struggling and the frustration set in early.

Tuesday we had our first day of conditioning. It consisted of step ups, several abs, body weight squats etc. Then we went and did some tire pulls on a 2 inch rope and and several pud throws. I dominated the whole conditioning workout. I couldn't believe how good of shape I was in.

Wednesday was an off day... So I biked for 45 minutes and loosen up my legs and get some cardio work in.

Thursday we lifted again and I made some alterations and it helped tremendously.

Friday we practiced at old stadium and in Ahearn. While everyone ran stairs I proceeded to do 20 x 20 body weight squats. Then when everyone did a lunge circuit I proceeded to do even more body weight squats. Then we went inside and did various abs, kettlebells, and med ball exercises which I did great at.
