ugh...

Today has probably been the worse day ever pain wise. I don't remember my ACL or shoulders ever hurting this bad being this far along post op. I'm overly frustrated with the "solution" of ice/game-ready and biowave/stem. Nothing seems to be working and I swear we have tried every treatment in the book.

I approached Fritz at practice today and told him that Nobu and him have got to start communicating better because I'm the one suffering from their stubbornness. That statement alone was enough to get the death look. I then proceeded to explain how my foot has gotten way worse in the past 4 weeks and that my other screw may potentially be coming out; at least that's what it feels like. He told me that the stuff we are doing is static and shouldn't affect my foot, which is completely false because just sitting down hurts my foot so if I'm pulling and flipping tires and what not of course it's going to hurt my foot. I voiced my opinion and that also got me the death look. He finally had enough of it and walked away.

I finished a solid 15 min before everyone else again today at conditioning and did every single thing that everyone else did. Pretty sure it's pissing him off even more than I'm more fit than the rest of my group, thanks to Brits program I was on this summer and not his.

After practice I could barely walk so we did various treatments that sort of relieved the pain for a short while... I swear all these meds I'm on is going to make me get a liver transplant to go along with all these surgeries. Nobu said he called Dr. Palmagren and it looks like they are going to move up my appointment to either this coming Monday or Tuesday instead of on the 20th.

Tomorrow I'll go in and get my orthodics redone and hopefully that will help me out some. While I'm in there I will meet with Chad (osmc head PT) to see what his opinion is on my current situation and to make sure he can verify everything that Shawna told me last week.
