4 More Weeks

My stitches came out with ease on Monday the other news did not come too easily for me though. I found myself being told I have 4 more weeks on crutches. I'm fine with this but I don't think the Dr realizes just how bad they are hurting my shoulders. If I wouldn't have had two major surgeries done on both of them I'm sure this process would be a whole lot easier. Apparently during the surgery the Dr had to move a tendon which is causing me to feel like I am getting constant shin splints and bone pain in my foot. I'm so ready to just be able to walk and do things normally again. Today is going to be a hard day as I go and watch some of my teammates and coach participate in a throws only meet. All I can think is, that should be me in that ring. But until I get my chance again I'm going to just keep my chin up and know that God is faithful through it all.
