And So It Continues...

Monday I threw 4k from souths at around 15 meters! That's huge considering how broken I am right now. 8 lb from a full went high 14 meters. Good start to the week...Although on the downhill slide of spending an 1.5 hours in the training room trying to make my soreness go down for the following days to come is getting a little old....

Today I had my Dr. appointment with Chad (head PT at OSMC) and learned my destiny for the next three weeks or so. Chad is going to work with me 1.5 hours twice a week and then gave me a home program to do at Vanier two other days and this still allows me to throw two times a week as well. He isn't allowing my trainer to do anything which I think in the big scheme of things is a huge blessing but he definitely not happy about not being trusted with his own athlete.

I went and talked to Jill Shields after my appointment and that was super insightful and I learned about the medical disqualification process and the medical hardship process as well. She actually understood what I am going through and said that she going to stick to my side the whole time through this process and make sure whatever my decision is that it happens.
