This morning was a morning of stiffness and inflexibility according to Chad and Dr. Hinkin. That's not exactly what I want to hear from them, especially on a Dr. appointment day. Dr. Hinkin suggested that we keep doing PT MWF but also add in deep tissue massages at least once if not twice a week. Dr. Hinkin also said that I need to start stretching on my own at least three times a day. I am starting to think this rehab is going to be a little bit harder than I expected.
I guess Christmas is coming maybe Santa will hook me up with a new body.
But I had a good friend tell me last night just because your athletic career is going rough it doesn't meet that life can't still be good. Words of wisdom right there.
