Change Up

Monday we changed up my program. It's now longer to do and so much harder. Also the aftermath of it sucked when I woke up Tuesday morning. But nothing will top Tuesday night. I had my first deep tissue massage treatment. It wasn't to bad at first but at the end I was in tears. I have never been in so much pain. It was terrible, I really am not looking forward to going back next week at all!
