Outdoor Is Here

After taking a couple weeks light my body is feeling so much better.

Practice Schedule

Monday--hammer...shot
Tuesday-- discus
Wednesday--shot...hammer
Thursday--discus
Friday--hammer

I'm finally starting to connect with the ball when I go to a three turn in the hammer...
Rotation is getting better in the shot...it's all about the middle to the front...
Have to figure out how to use my legs when I reverse in the discus...

It's definitely weird not throwing or training for javelin ... I actually miss it...but not going to complain
