Today I threw weight for the first time in my life in a meet
Prelims were ugly! Finals came around and did decent 14.72 meters
I definately keep forgetting the fact I was out the entire fall due to ACL surgery/rehab...it's so hard to remember that I am supposed to be behind...
It is definately a humbling experience that I am so glad I have been given the oppertunity to be a part of. I cannot describe the feeling of how amazing it is to be back out throwing in competeions and knowing that I finally get to worship the way I know best...Throwing Heavy Objects FAR!!!!
