2 sets of 15 hang clean?!? How is that productive?
Right now I'm basically in a do what ever you want program. Therefore I'm tring to get my reps up in the weight room since I haven't lifted hard in forever.
I'll start my new program Mid August or whenever my coach / trainer gets it all written for up me.
