Ate breakfest with Ramona Pagel
Worked on discus with Wolfgang Schmidt alot and also with Dave Dumble and Mac Wilkins and Dick Cochran and Jared Rome. You can't ask for a better group to help!!! Wolfgang said, VERY NICE NOTHING WRONG!!! When I threw...I was amazed!
I ate lunch with Dick Cochran and talked alot about different training aspects.
I then went and threw shot. Another girl and I got choosen to represent the gliders and we had a huge competeion against the spiners. OF COURSE THE GLIDERS WON!!! It was so much fun.
I had dinner with a bunch of new friends
We then got to listen to Jared Rome talk about his prespectives of throwing and how he got into the sport.
We had camp competeions consisting of : Overhead Shot Throw, Arrow Throw, Bowling Discus, and Standing Hammer throw.
Awards night:
Discus MVP- I got a handmade discus by Dick Held!
Overhead shot champion- 52' 11'' I got a t-shirt
Arrow Throw- 141' 5'' I got a t-shrit
Once Again An Amazing Staff!
