Darren and I made it to Ironwood yesterday around 2:30. On my connection flight from PHX I got to sit next to John Godina! It was pretty cool being able to talk to someone who has had so many accomplishments.
I sat in on a session on the glide technique by Raoma Pagel. (american record holder in the shot)
I also sat in on a session on the discus by Bill Godina. (one of the best throws coaches in HS level)
I had a really good talk with Bud Rasmussen, Bill Godina, and Bart Templeman about how to pick the right college and different things to look and watch for.
The staff here is amazing!
