Hammer / Lifting / Shot

Hammer
I went and did lots of drills in the hammer today.
Continous turns
Left arm drill
Quick feet drill
Walking Winds
One wind- One turn

Lifting
Hang Clean 5 x 5
135, 145, 155, 165, 175

Rack Lifts (just below knees) 3 x 10
145, 155, 165

Shoulder Shrugs 3 x 15
135, 140, 150

Shot
Did some drills to start off
Double Hop
Self Check Glides
Then I went and threw the 4 k shot about 10 times from glides. Went extremely well!
