We've been hitting the weight harder this week. We dropped the reps down to four and loaded up the weight which has been a long time coming. Outside of the weight on my own time I've started to turn into a gym rat once again. Biking for an hour most days, trying to get between 14-18 miles each time, then shooting hoops afterwards has become my new routine on my days off of lifting. I'm loving it and starting to see results. My CLA and Slymettry should be getting ordered this week which is also awesome.
Next week is gong to be crazy though. I leave Tuesday for Nationals to coach til Sunday then Sunday through Wednesday I'm helping my sister at the fair with her steers. Somewhere between all that chaos I have to find adequate time to workout and keep progressing. I'm motivated and dedicated enough that I don't think it will be a problem.
Welp the rec opens in 27 minutes, I better get a move on it!
