Here we go!
I'm starting to get serious about getting back into shape now that I have some confidence in my shoulder. Running, eating right, and getting my mind set for success are the keys right now for me to come back stronger along with staying dedicated to my rehab. My strength is starting to increase surely but slowly. Days that I increase in weight are so exciting, even if it is just a few pounds, everything counts right now!
