The season had a frustrating end with yet another string of bad luck...
Hammer wire snapped on me and I messed up both shoulders...
Started training again this week (July 5th)...
Never thought it could be so hard to get back into a workout routine...
I really hope God has some tricks up His sleeve to make my body feel 20 again...
Off to finish my vacation in South Dakota
