Welp this semester is finally over....Recap
Aug 4- tripled with 195 on hang cleans....then felt my shoulder pop funny
oct 12- surgery on Labrum, rotator cuff, and found out my bicep was messed up
oct 20- started some rehab
nov- increased rehab
dec- lat pulls 80 lbs , rows 80 lbs
dec- started leg press and hamstring curls
not sure when I'll be back competeing
FINISHED CLASSES
Off to break now!!! WOOT WOOT
