Trying To Get Back Into A Routine

Did a lifting circuit once through...No breaks in between lifts....Didn't wear me out as bad...
Hang Clean x 8 @ 145

Back Squat x 10 @ 160

Push Press x 8 @ 110

Front Squat x 10 @ 125

Played basketball for an hour...got in lots of cardio
