FIRST DAY BACK...NEW PROGRAM!!!

Did a lifting circuit once through...No breaks in between lifts....Wore me out....

Hang Clean x 8 @ 135

Back Squat x 10 @ 155

Push Press x 8 @ 105

Front Squat x 10 @ 125

Push Ups One Arm On Box x 10 with right arm

Push Ups One Arm on Box x 10 with left arm

Run Sucide

Jump Rope for a minute
