UPDATE

I've been asked to update this thing by numerous people so here we go...

I COMMITED TO KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY.

The past month and a half I went on a new lifting program that worked alot of lower body strength and explosiveness. I can feel the difference in my strength but haven't tested yet to find out how much stronger I have actually gotton.

I also go in some great cardio workouts by refing soccer games 3 times a week 3 games a night.

Tonight was my first night back into a regular workout more of maintance phase and started in on the throwing.

Rode bike for 30 min with load 4
Ab Cable Twists 3 x 10 with 60 lbs
3 way shoulder with cable at 50 lbs
x walks with heavy band 3 x 20 steps each direction

Threw some discus at ESU worked on turning the right in the middle. It's amazing my ankle doesn't collaspe in the middle anymore! It was my first time throwing without my brace since surgery. Couldn't of gone better! I'm guessing in the 150-160 range
