About the scoop comment...is the question mark because you are surprised to hear it, or because you don't know what it means?
not really surprised but I've never scooped and that's what we worked on at ironwood and I don't consider it scooping
Yeah. Sometimes different coaches can be 100% certain about what they tell you, but one coach may contradict another. It can sort of leave you stuck in the middle.
The internet throwing sites are great places to get contradictory advice, so you maybe you'll develop a talent for sniffing out the good advice from the not-so-good.
