Did a lot of drills to start off and then did about 20 full throws.
I actually turned my right in the middle today!!!
The trick was to land on the ball of my foot and turn the hips quicker.
MEDBALL
*Did each set TWO times. (each set consisted of 30 throws or twists)
A1 Wind-Throw (Dominate side)
A2 Wind-Throw (non-Dominate side)
B1 Overhead Throw
B2 Slams onto Ground
C1 Sit Up Position Throw & Catch
C2 Sitting Medball Twists (30 each side)
STAIRS
*Did each set TWO times. (40 steps)
A1 Touch Each Step
A2 Tough Every Other Step
B1 Bunny Hops Each Step
B2 Bunny Hops Every Other Step
C1 Cross Overs (Facing South)
C2 Cross Overs (Facing North)
