I struggled with a cramping calf through almost the whole competeion.
It caused me to not be able to pull my right under me and I opened with my upper body way to early.
I placed 13th and threw low 44'
JAVELIN
I warmed up really good. The weather was horrible....It rained all through warmups.
When it got to competeion my 5 step was all off.
I placed 13th and threw 127' mid
DISCUS
I had some really good warm ups...(I could win warm-ups every meet haha)
My first throw I broke at the hips...2nd throw opened up to early (sector)...3rd throw was decent but my block wasn't aggresive enough!
I placed 9th (missed finals by a foot) threw 148'
OVERALL
It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to next year and making finals!

Cool that you met Breaux Greer. I hope he got your autograph. It might be worth something some day.
