I got my feet down quick and kept my upper body back and just let it fly. It felt so effortless today! I threw a huge PR 14.22 meters! I took first

I was pretty dead after the adrilane was gone after the shot competeion
I tied my Pr at 151' 7''. I took 4th just missing 3rd by 3 inches!
